Hardware Simulations

This is actually a fun project.
Inspired by the work of Hermann Seib, I built a comfortable development environment on Windows PC, for simulation and testing the original 8 and 16bit code. That means, that I can run the code from the EPROMs or system disks of the PPG system, and have all the modern techniques to inspect, modify and debug the code!
In combination with Hermanns WaveSim, I really can setup a complete system, with Waveterm, Wave 2.2 or 2.3 and EVU’s.

I just did a slight modification/advancement on the WT-B system disk. You can now use a Wave 2.2 with the WT-B to create wavetables, or use the 12 bit sample library, with the 8-bit Wave 2.2!
(The original software only supported the 12-bit components) Regrettably the long loops are different on a Wave 2.2. which is given by the hardware.

If somebody is interested in a “real” diskette for his Waveterm B, please contact Lars Johansson
